By accessing or using ApplyFit (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ApplyFit.
ApplyFit is an AI-powered tool that helps users tailor their resumes and cover letters for specific job descriptions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze job requirements and optimize application materials for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by the user before use.
You may register using email/password credentials or through Google Single Sign-On. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain full ownership of all resumes, cover letters, and other documents you upload to the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of any User Content. Session data, including uploaded documents and AI-generated outputs, is temporary and subject to automatic cleanup.

The AI-generated content provided by the Service (tailored resumes, cover letters, feasibility assessments) is intended as a helpful starting point. While the AI is designed never to fabricate qualifications, you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated content before submitting it to employers. ApplyFit does not guarantee that generated content will result in job interviews or offers.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with Canadian privacy legislation including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyFit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
